On arrival at Kigali Airport met by our representative and drive to Musanze in the northwest part of Rwanda (110km - approximately 2 hours 30 minutes) and then on to your lodge.
A very early morning transfer to the Park Office for gorilla trekking formalities before starting your trek. Treks vary in duration depending on which gorilla group you are assigned to. After locating your assigned gorilla group, you will spend approximately one hour in their company before heading back down the volcano slopes. Lunch at the lodge with the afternoon to relax.
Another opportunity for gorilla trekking or a Golden Monkey trek (optional extras), or morning at leisure at your lodge. After lunch drive back to Kigali. Overnight: Kigali Serena Hotel
After breakfast, transfer to Kigali airport.
