Depart and proceed to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, enjoy a walking safari to the Southern White Rhinos that have been re-introduced in Uganda. Onward to the legendary Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda's biggest National Park. Overnight: Murchison River Lodge/Kabalega Wilderness Lodge (or similar)
Enjoy a full day here with a morning game drive and in the afternoon a boat ride up the Nile, to Murchison Falls, enjoying the spectacular scenery by hiking to the top of the Falls where the Nile squeezes through a 7 metre gap and at the bottom you will see huge Nile crocodiles. Overnight: Murchison River Lodge/Kabalega Wilderness Lodge (or similar)
Depart for Kibale National Park via Fort Portal, en route passing many tea plantations. Overnight: Kibale Forest Camp/Isunga Lodge (or similar)
Morning chimp tracking and enjoy a wonderful forest experience. Later depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park with game viewing en route. Overnight: Marafiki Safari Lodge/Kasenyi Safari Camp (or similar)
Enjoy a full day here with a morning game drive and in the afternoon a boat ride on the Kazinga Channel. Overnight: Marafiki Safari Lodge/Kasenyi Safari Camp (or similar)
Depart for Bwindi National Park, on the way enjoy a game drive in the Ishasha Sector where the tree climbing lions are found, then continue to the home of the mountain gorillas. Overnight: Haven Lodge Buhoma/Engagi Lodge (or similar)
GORILLA TREKKING This morning you will get up early and proceed for gorilla trekking. Trekking the mountain gorilla is one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The trek will take between 2 and 6 hours, but is well worth the effort and is led by an experienced ranger who will tell you interesting facts about flora and fauna and the lifestyle of the gorillas. Later drive to Lake Bunyonyi. Overnight: Birds Nest Resort (or similar)
Depart for Lake Mburo National Park with game drive here. Overnight: Rwakobo Rock Lodge (or similar)
Enjoy a morning guided nature walk and game drive. Later return to Entebbe.
